Parent Conferences October 16th and 18th

Dear Parents:

Fall conferences will be held on October 16th and 18th. On September 25th you will be able to go on-line to schedule your child’s conference for a time that is convenient for you. Due to the number of students enrolled and the hours allocated for conferences, we are asking you to schedule conferences with one or two of your child’s teachers. This may be a combination of two core teachers, one core teacher and one exploratory teacher or two exploratory teachers. If you are unable to schedule a conference with a teacher that you would like to visit, you are welcome to meet with your child’s teachers at any time throughout the year.

If you have a child who participates in the Expanded Opportunities at Kennedy or Washington, you will need to contact the respective school to schedule conferences with your child’s teachers. If you need an interpreter for your conferences, please contact the school at 319-558-2254.

We can provide interpreters for Spanish, French, Swahili, Kinrwanda, Kirundi, and Nepali. Below you will find the instructions to sign up for fall conferences which are scheduled for October 16th from 3:15 – 8:30 and October 18th from 3:15 – 8:30. If you do not have access to the internet, please call the school at 558-2254 to schedule a conference. The on-line scheduler will open on September 25th at 8:00 a.m.
